- Persian Pickles (Cocktail Cucumbers)

- Sushi Vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Slice Persian cucumbers and mince about 1 head of garlic.
- Mix it with roughly 1 cup of sushi vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of sesame oil to taste. I’ll add in the exact measurements next time I make this.
