Cucumber Tofu Salad

Ingredients:

  • Persian Pickles (Cocktail Cucumbers)
  • Soybean Curd
  • Garlic
  • Sushi Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil

Recipe:

  1.  Slice Persian cucumbers and mince about 1 head of garlic.
  2.  Mix it with roughly 1 cup of sushi vinegar, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of sesame oil to taste.  I’ll add in the exact measurements next time I make this.
